These are a must for all hair types especially long hair ...these bonnets are comfortable and stay on your head nicely too .. However the silky ,shiny smooth side is on the outside and you have to wear it inside out to get the effect ..A silk bonnet primarily protects your hair from friction against your pillow while you sleep, preventing breakage, tangles, and frizz by keeping your hair smooth and minimizing the absorption of natural oils from your scalp, resulting in a healthier appearance when you wake up.. silk helps lock in moisture overnight because it doesn't absorb as much natural oil from your scalp as cotton does, helping to keep your hair hydrated. Have been using it about 6 months now and it has lasted pretty well through regular washing and rough use. The headband stays in place quite well at night. The threads have not come out. It doesn't stain although the first time I washed them, I washed them separately. I cannot say whether it keeps your hairstyle in place, as my hair is natural but I find it very helpful. Its also quite large so can comfortably accommodate normal braids - to maybe shoulder length or so.

I’ve seen these silk bonnets about for a while and realised they were quite popular. Having tried to sleep in silk heads scarfs previously and failed as they don’t stay on all night, I was reluctant to get one. Anyway finally got one and I’m annoyed as to why I’ve left it so long . very comfortable can’t feel the headband part at all it’s lightweight comfortable material and most importantly does not slide off my head whilst I’m asleep. Highly recommend I’m having to straighten my hair less and my wand curls have lasted all week . Could not live without this item now

Great product, fits well due to elastic (I have a big head!), and is comfy to sleep in. It has only come off a handful of times over ~10 nights, but I am quite a wiggly sleeper so I was quite impressed with that! I hand washed them before using, and quite a lot of dye leaked out, so I would be cautious washing these for the first time with clothes etc.. They have since washed fine with no more colour leakage! Great price, I am enjoying the lack of bed head!

I very rarely write reviews but felt I had to for this. I am mega impressed. I often go to bed with wet hair and wake up looking very frizzy but I normally can’t be bothered to dry my hair before going to bed. Someone suggested using a silk bonnet so thought I’d give it a go- I was worried it would slip off in the night as I do toss and turn but it hasn’t AND I wake up with no frizzy hair! I use John Freda anti frizz serum and put my hair in the bonnet and my hair looks and feels soft, silky and shiny. I am so happy
