Very reasonable price for really nice pillows. Left them out of packaging for a couple of days before using them. Found I needed them to be a little thicker (personal choice), so emailed for more filling. This arrived (free of charge) within days and I now find them extremely comfortable. At last, a really good product & great customer service. Cannot fault this company. If only there were more like it!

These are two very nice pillows. Comes with a washable outer cover that is wonderfully soft and feels nice smushed against my face at nice. Compared to normal pillows they are heavier, with a satisfying mass to them. The filling gives enough for comfort but doesn't just move out the way entirely leaving you with nothing but pillow case. Good for both back and side sleeping. Makes for a good cuddle pillow too. I wished they were a little more full... but that isn't a problem as I filled in a form on the companies website (with my amazon order number) and they promptly sent me a package of extra filling....for free! This is wonderful of them. So now I can stuff one or both of the pillows with extra filling. Cannot comment on longevity but as I registered for their free 5 year warranty, also via their website, I have hopes that if the cover wears through or it splits a seem I'll be able to get a replacement. tldr not cheap, but good customer service, nice heavy soft feeling pillows, with good support.

Tells It Straight
I usually find it easy to write reviews, this one is trickier to be accurate and fair, but I'll try. The pillows are very well made and presented. Vacuum packed they soon expand back to normal. They are also much heavier than usual pillows, which was a surprise. There is a zipped case holding the fibre filling and then the very smart, piped and zipped pillow protector encasing all this. No doubting this is a quality item. I would've given more stars, however, my difficulty is in finding just the right amount of filling to support well and give the level of comfort I'd anticipated from all the other reviews. As recommended I contacted the seller who was quick to respond and provide more filling completely free of charge. This arrived very quickly and I'm sure the seller is keen to ensure customer satisfaction. Compared to old style microfibre the filling really is cloud soft. I'm still sleep testing for optimum comfort, hence the four stars, but feel quite confident that once I've tweaked the filling just how I like it, I'll be very happy. If I manage to adjust perfectly for my own comfort, then I'd happily award five stars in all categories.

I bought the standard two pack after reading the reviews and they are the size of normal pillows so they are perfect. They are firm but have give at the same time so they feel soft under your head. My family love them and report that they have all had better nights sleep since changing over.

I was originally concerned by the fact the filling was torn into bits, but this is a massive plus for your comfort. Please pillows are amazingly comfortable. Having searched and searched for the right pillows for my wife and I, including spending an absolute fortune on some (over £80 on one and £65 for others), I have to say that these pillows are just perfect. They're incredibly soft, they bounce back beautifully and suit me (a side sleeper) and my wife (a front sleeper). We even got extra filling (for free) which was just incredible (not that we needed it just yet)! The customer service is excellent as well, so I guess if you did have problems (not that we have) they're easy to contact. I highly recommend!!
