I wanted to try this for a while and while it is convenient as its not a liquid and it comes in a tin, when it's cold, its quite hard to rub on your hands, also I don't like the smell either, reviews said it smells amazing but it's too sickly for me but that's maybe just a personal choice.

I wish I'd read the ingredients properly. I hate Clove and for me it domineers the fragrance of the bar. Aside from that, I like the principle of a less messy application on my hands and it blends in very well. It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the Clove.

I had bought these as Christmas gifts but the tins are far too big to go into a handbag, which is where I like to keep my hand cream. The tin is the size of a thick deck of cards but the bar is much smaller. I know the pictures don't pretend the bar is any bigger, but would it be so difficult to make the tin a more manageable size? I even looked for smaller tins, online, to put the bars into but I suppose I'll end up returning them. Which is a pity. Also, the scent is strong but doesn't last and it leaves the hands somewhat greasy feeling.
